Rajasthan Election Latest News 2018

2018 is an important year in India, this is because some of the Indian states are holding their elections during this period. Rajasthan state is yet to conduct the Rajasthan legislative assembly elections on 7th December 2018. New members of the Rajasthan legislative assembly are looked forward to being elected and a new legislative assembly formed. The elections will be held in only one phase.

A new legislative assembly tenure will be created by 20th January 2019. BJP and INC are the main contestants both contesting to win at least 101 seats to make the majority. Currently it has been seen that some BPJ member parties have joined INC, the MLA and the MP have joined INC just before the elections and also some INC members have joined BJP.

Nomination for candidates was done on 12th November 2018 until 19th November 2018 when the nominations were closed. Considering that in the last elections in 2013 BPJ won the elections, Prakash Javadekar who is the union minister says that Rajasthan is going to vote BJP and return it to leadership in the Legislative Assembly because he says that this is time Rajasthan is going to take a break in their election
trend.

BJP and the Congress are known to have been sharing power in Rajasthan, the Rajasthan has never voted in for a new party apart from BJP and the Congress. Rajasthan has made it a routine not voting in the ruling party to get into power again. Now the Congress party having this in mind they believe that the elections to be held on 7th December will bring them into power. The congress campaigning very hard even though the union minister keeps on telling that the BJP will get back to power.

“Politics have changed in a great deal for the past four years’’ says the union minister, he goes further and says the political trend of Rajasthan is going to change from this election. What people used to see and have is going to be completely different.


But all these opinions will be brought into the table 11th December 2018 when the election results will be announced, this is when we should know if the political trend of Rajasthan is still working or it will be as per the union minister.

Madhya Pradesh Assembly Election Updates

The Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly election dates are announced and trending. It will be held on the 28th of November. Both BJP and INC will be campaigning hard for the 230 constituencies. The results will be a remote indication of who will form the government at center in 2019. Both the national parties will be keen to get the public mandate.
